Sharaya Residence Patong

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the free breakfast provided and appreciated that it was decent. the staff was always friendly and made sure to greet us with a smile. the hotel's location was a great advantage, as it was close to various shopping areas and offered easy access to public transportation.

The hotel rooms were relatively simple, and the facilities in the room were limited. the rooms were smaller than what the website indicated, and we were hoping for a larger space.

Staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, to the extent of calling police on us. The police took our side rightly.

All ok except the breakfast.

The breakfast menu was confusing and the hotel staff was trying to save money by not offering some items listed in the menu. The breakfast was not sufficient for 01 person.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong. the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They always had a smile on their faces and were ready to assist with any requests. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for me. It was close enough to the nightlife, but still peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the rooms were in great condition and the attention to detail was evident. The small window in my room provided a lovely view of the surroundings, and the balcony was a nice touch. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

All aspects of my stay were great.

Friendliness of reception, great little restaurant downstairs. Within 100m there's a barber, masseuse, 7-11, bar, taxi stand, pharmacy, travel agent, dive center. A 1km walk will bring you to Patong Beach & the local street vendors. The hotel was cleaned daily & the breakfast buffet wasn't overly extensive, but included eggs cooked your way, salads, meats, fruits, juices and was great value for money. I highly recommend this place if you want to be just off to the side, but not too far away. Patong can be noisy at times and this was a pleasant spot, with all the conveniences.

The location of this hotel is amazing! I was pleased to find that there were many food markets nearby, made having meals very convenient. it wasn't far from the beach at all, and I could walk there in just a few minutes. The hotel's facilities were also very clean and well-maintained.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Convenient location near food options and beach. Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely ambience with a swimming pool. Free wi-fi with good signal strength. Warm and friendly hospitality. a very good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, food markets and all major places of attraction. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the bathrooms have good water pressure and hot water. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop has a swimming pool with a nice view, perfect for enjoying the sunsets.

The service could be better.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with clean and well-maintained facilities. I particularly enjoyed the small window in my room, which provided a great view of the surroundings. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location in Patong is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to nightlife and attractions. The free breakfast had a lot of options, including eggs cooked to order.

One aspect that stood out to me was the incredible value for money. The prices were very reasonable and I couldn't believe what I got for the price I paid. The attention to detail was also impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of during my stay. They were always available for a nice chat and were incredibly helpful. In fact, I remember the manager printing some documents for me free of charge, which was a really nice gesture.

My experience at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.
